We welcome your well behaved friend at a small extra cost, up to two dogs per stay. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats or any other pets in the house. Each dog has a supplementary charge of £50 per week.

On Arrival

IT IS VITAL THAT YOU CONTACT THE APARTMENT MANAGER ON THE NUMBER PROVIDED, BEFORE YOU TRAVEL AND CONFIRM YOUR CHECK IN TIME. Please leave a voice message or send a text message if the phone is temporarily turned off. Having arranged an arrival time with us, we will then be there to greet you and familiarise you with the apartment’s facilities. Check in times should ideally be between 12pm & 5pm, although you may be able to arrive slightly outside these times if you give us prior notice. Please contact us also a few days before the arrival date to confirm arrival date and time and again 1-2 hours prior to arrival. If you are unexpectedly delayed please keep us informed. The telephone signal in the Turnberry area is not always reliable, so please to send an SMS or WhatsApp message if you cannot get through.

Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out is 11am on day of departure

We request a 20% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance 28 days prior to arrival. We will notify you in advance that the payment is becoming due. The deposit is refundable if you cancel within the cancellation period and in alignment with the policy.

There is a ramp to access the apartment block. Our apartment is on the ground floor

There is a small door bar/normal part of the frame of the front door, as there is on any front door, which is approximately an inch/2.5 cm high and an inch/2.5 cm deep

Yes, both bathrooms have a shower and bath in each. One bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom and the second bathroom is accessed via the hallway.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 sleeping 2 people and the third room sleeping 2 adults and a child

Two of the three bedrooms can be arranged as doubles or twin rooms. Third room has a trundle bed where 2 adults and a child can sleep. Please ensure you enter your requested bed set up when booking
